Lead Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans and AI-driven initiatives across the enterprise
• Act as a key participant in large-scale planning and influence digital strategy for specific business lines
• Review and analyze complex digital strategies regarding product functionality and user experience
• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate with senior managers to resolve issues, achieve goals, and mentor peers
• Make strategic decisions regarding digital products while ensuring compliance with business policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product management experience
• Experience with Agentic AI ecosystems, including LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG
• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with public cloud technologies (GCP or Azure)
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices and tooling

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence solutions
• Experience building or managing low-code/no-code AI platforms
• Experience across the full AI/ML lifecycle, including data management, model development, and governance
• Demonstrated experience leading technology governance in large-scale banking or financial services
• Proficiency with enterprise platform components such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, or OpenShift
