Lead Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans and transformational experiences for the Wells Fargo Vantage platform
• Act as a key participant in large-scale planning and influence digital strategy for specific business lines
• Review and analyze complex digital strategies for product functionality and experience areas
• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Strategically collaborate with peers and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
• Make critical decisions regarding digital strategy while ensuring compliance with business policies and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product management experience
• Strong technical background with the ability to lead technology feasibility conversations and understand API request/response parameters
• Proven experience in data analysis using tools such as Tableau, Excel, or MS Office to define business requirements
• Experience working within an Agile software delivery framework

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in commercial or corporate banking
• 4+ years of Agile experience and 2+ years of banking experience
• Strong understanding of business transformation, information architecture, design thinking, and service design techniques
• Experience with UX/UI specific features, portals, and familiarity with prototyping tools
• Proven track record of delivering results within a matrixed organization
