Lead DevOps

Responsibilities

• Ensure build-to-run continuity by defining exploitability criteria and organizing transitions to operations
• Industrialize deployments by improving CI/CD pipelines, standardizing processes, and implementing automated quality controls
• Manage observability and reliability by piloting monitoring tools, defining performance indicators, and conducting technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Lead incident management by participating in major incident piloting and driving continuous improvement through post-mortem reviews
• Coordinate transverse exchanges between development, integration, and operations teams to promote a pragmatic DevOps culture
• Contribute to architecture and security committees to validate service, security, and supervision requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery, IT Production, or IT Service Management
• Strong proficiency in Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps
• Deep understanding of CI/CD culture and software development processes
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
• Solid understanding of technical architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading technical transitions within a cloud environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
