Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure software development lifecycles and automated cloud infrastructure
• Develop modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep for Azure resources
• Implement team-specific CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for various technology stacks
• Support and optimize containerized deployments and orchestration within the Azure ecosystem
• Integrate security best practices including code scanning and container image scanning into pipelines
• Automate the setup and configuration of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Apps
• Advocate for software engineering practices like unit testing and automated infrastructure testing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience deploying and managing Azure resources at scale
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Bicep
• 5+ years of experience implementing DevOps using Agile methodology
• 5+ years of experience building YAML-based CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Hands-on experience with security tooling like SonarQube and JFrog
• Experience with Git, Ansible, and Jenkins

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or Azure Container Instances (ACI)
• Certified Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400)
