Lead Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers within target markets using digital tools, databases, and industry events
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity activities in Salesforce or similar CRM
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects
• Schedule meetings and product demos for sales executives
• Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversion

Requirements

• Saudi National only
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Civil Engineering is a plus)
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales
• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Arabic and English
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS
• Experience in construction technology or industrial solutions sectors
• Prior experience working in the Middle East region
