- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital solutions and local marketing operations
- Update the CRM promptly to ensure high data quality
- Support the sales cycle by discovering and qualifying prospect needs
- Convert qualification calls into appointments for regional field sales teams
- Report on the progress of lead generation programs
