Responsibilities
- Develop using Clean Architecture, TDD, DDD, and BDD concepts
- Supervise strategic projects including architecture improvement, scalability, and key migrations
- Contribute to technical choices and strategic orientations in collaboration with management
- Align technical deliverables with product priorities and deadlines
- Mentor the tech team and foster skill development in best practices
- Participate in Agile workshops such as grooming and tres amigos
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of expertise in a similar role
- Significant experience in technical leadership
- Engineering degree (Bac +5)
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express, TypeScript, Nest.js, Vue.js, Nuxt, React, and PostgreSQL
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Strong communication skills
