Lead Designer, Global Football Accessories, Graphic Design

Responsibilities

• Concept, sketch, and present innovative graphic designs for Global Football Accessories, including balls, bags, socks, and headwear.
• Collaborate with functional teams, including developers, product managers, and athletes, to translate ideas into physical products.
• Manage the design process from initial concept through to technical details such as trims and print applications.
• Create compelling visual narratives and presentations to communicate design intent to internal and external audiences.
• Ensure design feasibility and brand alignment while meeting project timelines and managing multiple competing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and CLO 3D.
• Strong skills in sketching, illustration, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Deep understanding of print, pattern, and the apparel product creation process.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills for presenting design intent.
• Ability to translate complex insights into authentic visual storytelling.
