Lead Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across integrated campaigns with a focus on digital and social-first formats
• Collaborate with copy, art direction, motion, and strategy teams to bring concept-driven campaigns to life
• Translate trends in fashion, tech, and American pop culture into fresh visual expressions
• Own visual systems and assets for social media to drive engagement and cultural relevance
• Design across multiple formats including static posts, carousels, stories, films, and short-form video
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools and new design technologies

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design within agency or in-house brand teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led visual thinking and social-first design
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or tech categories
• Proven ability to design for digital platforms and motion/video-led content
• Deep interest in American pop culture and US consumer sensibilities
• Comfort integrating AI tools into the design process
