About the Company

Foundation is an ex-Opendoor team transforming residential real estate. Backed by $6.8M in funding from leading VCs including Y Combinator, Foundation is building a native customer experience platform for homebuilders and an AI-native home operating system.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and accelerate core consumer and homebuilder product experiences
• Deliver first AI-native workflow products to transform back-office productivity
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to communicate brand and value
• Research, discover, design, and launch new product lines including AI-native home shopping and collaboration platforms
• Shape products, roadmap, marketing, and vision through hands-on leadership

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience as a designer at high-growth, venture-backed technology companies
• Full-stack design expertise from research through exploration to product launch
• Highly collaborative approach with cross-functional teams including engineers, PMs, and customers
• Passion for customer discovery and entering new markets
