Lead Designer (Accessories & Apparel)

Responsibilities

• Execute graphic, pattern, and surface design across WHOOP bands, apparel, and accessories
• Contribute to seasonal storytelling by developing visual concepts and design details
• Support the creation of seasonal color palettes and ensure consistency across materials
• Create high-quality, site-ready product renderings for shop.whoop.com with excellence in lighting and detail
• Maintain and organize design files, rendering assets, and color systems
• Partner with Creative Direction, Industrial Design, and Engineering to define design intent
• Identify and improve workflows and tools to increase efficiency across the design lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, product visualization, or surface design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused design, including pattern and color work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with rendering tools like KeyShot, Blender, or similar
• Knowledge of color, materials, and physical production processes for consumer products
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day design tasks
