Lead Design Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural exploration of the rowhome product catalogue, including interior layouts, facades, and styles
• Curate interior and exterior finishes, fixtures, and appliances
• Partner with Product Engineering and Supply Chain teams to identify suppliers
• Collaborate with Product and Brand teams to define unique architectural identity
• Art direct visualizations
• Assist with value engineering to protect design vision
• Oversee projects through construction and iterate designs based on realized project learnings

Requirements

• Relevant training in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture or industrial design
• Proven track record of taking designs from concept to construction
• Experience managing material selection and finish specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and trade coordination
• Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Revit, Enscape, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
• Experience in value engineering or cost optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modular or off-site construction methods
