Lead, Deployment Operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of hourly Project Operations Associates
• Set clear expectations for productivity, accuracy, and ownership
• Monitor staffing levels, timekeeping, attendance, and coverage
• Review incoming work across the deployment pipeline and assign tasks based on capacity
• Monitor queues in real time and rebalance work to prevent backlogs
• Track and report individual and team metrics including throughput and cycle time
• Ensure associates are cross-trained across the full deployment workflow
• Proactively identify inefficiencies in workflows and bring forward solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in operations or project coordination
• Experience in solar, battery, construction, or utility sectors preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising hourly teams of 20+ members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proven track record of managing team metrics and data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-volume environments
