Lead, DC Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow for assigned teams to ensure efficient work allocation and floor coverage
• Monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain optimized workflows
• Partner with leadership to execute operational plans regarding labor scheduling and resource allocation
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment guidelines
• Provide coaching and training to associates to support professional growth and task completion
• Monitor system-generated reports to manage inventory variance, carton aging, and order fulfillment
• Support various departments including Inventory Control, Packing, Picking, Receiving, Returns, and Shipping

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1.5+ years of experience working in a distribution environment
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk the warehouse floor for extended periods of up to 12 hours
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a highly automated, high-volume, or high-value distribution center
• Demonstrated understanding of complex operational processes and workflows
