Lead, Data Validation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development and providing regular feedback
• Manage team work allocation, prioritization, and execution to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery
• Review and audit data validation projects to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices
• Drive process improvements to increase data accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and enhance scalability
• Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures for data validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, or a related data-oriented field
• 3+ years of experience in data validation, financial operations, or data quality assurance
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of maintaining accuracy in high-volume data environments
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and web-based platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of people leadership or team coordination experience
• Familiarity with financial data and complex investment workflows
