Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the data team (Data Analysts and Data Scientists), distributing workload and supporting talent development
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Management, User Research, Design, Production) to analyze game mechanics and collected data
• Produce and present actionable recommendations to support creative and strategic decisions
• Define and drive the data department's vision in alignment with studio and market challenges
• Represent the team internally and externally to promote data culture

Requirements

• Experience in managing data teams
• Strong communication, pedagogy, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Excel
• Experience implementing and optimizing recommendation systems
• Previous experience in the video game industry
• Fluency in written and spoken English
