Lead Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Explore, analyze and correct complex datasets to improve data completeness and quality
• Build analysis tools to identify harmonization gaps in data and process landscapes
• Model complex datasets to deliver predictive, prescriptive, and explanatory models
• Define data requirements and ensure use of approved, high quality data sources
• Document, maintain, and monitor model lifecycle artefacts including performance metrics and drift detection
• Ensure all models adhere to ethical AI standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in advanced modelling
• Advanced skills in Python and ML Ops
• Experience in analytics engineering
• Proficiency in data storytelling
• Strong business acumen
