Lead Data Science Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI/ML strategy for content generation (Gen-AI), entity linkage, image processing, and content understanding.
• Lead the development of next-generation content generation systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Architect scalable data platforms to support real-time and batch processing of media-rich datasets.
• Oversee MLOps infrastructure to ensure robust deployment and monitoring of ML models.
• Improve computer vision models for automated content tagging and video summarization.
• Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and engineers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to drive AI-powered innovation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• 3+ years of experience leading and scaling data science teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with big data tools including Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Deep expertise in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud AI services.
• Proven track record of building AI-driven solutions for the media and entertainment industry.
