Lead Data Science Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced predictive and time-series models for demand forecasting and customer propensity
• Lead deep-dive analyses using regression, causal inference, and hypothesis testing
• Architect and implement AI-first solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
• Own end-to-end forecasting and operational decision systems
• Develop customer intelligence models to inform GTM strategy
• Define and steward growth and engagement benchmarks
• Communicate complex analyses to senior leadership through cohesive narratives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Rev Ops, and Finance

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics or data science
• Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling (supervised and unsupervised)
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost) and SQL
• Experience with distributed coding and Git
• Proficiency with dbt and orchestration tools like Airflow
• Experience with time-series forecasting (ARIMA, SARIMAX, ETS)
• Experience building data visualizations in Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar
• Strong project ownership and ability to handle ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
