Lead Data Science Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced predictive and time-series models for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and deal scoring
• Lead deep-dive statistical analyses using regression, causal inference, and hypothesis testing
• Architect and implement AI-first solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG techniques
• Own end-to-end forecasting and operational decision systems, including Erlang-based staffing models
• Develop customer intelligence models to inform GTM strategy and growth initiatives
• Distill complex analyses into clear, cohesive narratives for senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, GTM Operations, Product, and Finance

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics or data science
• Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling (supervised and unsupervised techniques)
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost) and SQL
• Experience with distributed coding and Git
• Proficiency in data orchestration with Airflow and transformation with dbt
• Experience developing time-series forecasting frameworks (ARIMA, SARIMAX, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or matplotlib
• Strong project ownership and ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments
