Lead Data Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development, architecture, and maintenance of Sage Insight, our client-facing data platform, utilizing Palantir Foundry
• Partner closely with Product and Design teams to scope requirements and iterate on UI/UX
• Act as the technical lead for data product initiatives and design scalable system architectures
• Implement software engineering best practices within a low/no-code environment to ensure application performance and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a heavily quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent)
• 7-10 years of post-grad experience in data product development, analytics, or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack application development within a low-code or no-code environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical projects and owning project delivery
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience building applications and data pipelines within Palantir Foundry
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or other Quantitative field
• Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with HIPAA compliance
