Lead Data Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to leadership to develop objectives, plans, and long-term goals for complex business and technical needs.
• Design and conduct complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality, integrity, and process control gaps.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of unique enterprise challenges using advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Perform thematic analysis of issues and defects, leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI to generate insights on emerging risks and segmentation.
• Evaluate data quality metrics and audits to benchmark the current state of data quality.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to coordinate solution design and drive remediation execution.
• Represent the client in companywide data governance strategy development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Proven ability to handle highly complex technical and business requirements.
• Experience in identifying and remediating systemic data risks or process gaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Data Management and issue remediation within financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Practical experience with GenAI applications, pattern discovery, and thematic analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of prompt engineering, few-shot/chain-of-thought techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience driving cross-functional data quality or AI initiatives from end to end.
