About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale data collection, mining, and processing efforts to develop robust data models and deliver actionable insights.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-reduction opportunities across the Motor Grader and Medium Tractor value chain.
  • Apply advanced analytics, digital tools, and AI/ML models to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Develop data-driven business cases and translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align data strategies, ensure adoption of analytics solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Champion data governance, data quality, and scalable analytics practices across global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Engineering field.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to determine root causes and create alternative solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to transmit and interpret complex ideas and needs.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities in diverse operational or process-related situations.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, flowcharting, and documentation of manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of process management, business process improvement tools, and basic programming concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques to large datasets for predictive insights.
  • Experience building or leveraging AI agents or automated analytics solutions.
  • Proven success leading data-driven transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Knowledge of value chain operations and cost reduction methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
