Lead Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects from scoping and delivery to organizational adoption.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Design and operationalize data models to ensure data quality, governance, and integrity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between business leaders, operations, and IT teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvements, and service enhancements.
• Automate reporting workflows and standardize processes to enable scalable operating models.
• Communicate data insights and project outcomes clearly to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in service operations, field support, or dispatch analytics.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs such as First-Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and cost-to-serve.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
