Lead Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Execute full-population data testing across financial transactions, procurement cycles, and operational data to complement traditional sampling
• Design and run structured analytics including trend analysis, duplicate detection, and outlier identification for audit assignments
• Develop and maintain machine learning models for anomaly detection, fraud risk scoring, and vendor risk ranking
• Apply NLP techniques to analyze contracts, audit reports, and regulatory documents to surface patterns and flag risks
• Build predictive models to anticipate control failures based on historical findings and operational KPIs
• Build and maintain real-time risk dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for visibility into real estate and data center operations
• Design and operationalize automated continuous control monitoring (CCM) routines
• Design and build ETL/ELT data pipelines to extract data from ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other source systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline (Master's preferred)
• 6–10 years of experience in data analytics or data science
• At least 2 years of experience in an audit, risk, finance, or compliance environment
• Expert proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and/or R
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across multiple RDBMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling and dashboard publishing
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering)
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development (e.g., Azure Data Factory, dbt, Airflow)
