Lead Data & Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts
• Cultivate lasting relationships with high-tier clients as a strategic partner
• Define and deliver long-term data maturity roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Support business development through technical pitches and value propositions
• Facilitate client workshops to translate technical frameworks into actionable strategies
• Leverage data analysis and visualizations to build compelling marketing narratives
• Advocate for cutting-edge solutions like machine learning and advanced data tools
• Oversee project scopes, timelines, and technical execution quality

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, consultancy, or client management
• Proven track record of business development in a media agency or advertiser environment
• Deep understanding of the media and customer lifecycle and audience optimization
• Knowledge of the Southern European online advertising industry and programmatic media
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Analytics 360, GTM, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and GCP
• Hands-on experience in strategic analysis, ETL pipelines, and data modeling
• Fluent in Spanish and strong business English

Preferred Qualifications

• Coding skills in SQL, JavaScript, or Python
• Knowledge of Portuguese or Italian
