Lead Data & Analytic Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of data systems, from ideation and planning to development, deployment, and ongoing improvement
• Promote data literacy and accessibility across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance by establishing and maintaining robust data processes
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to identify data needs and optimize usage
• Develop data-driven application systems and use data to inform media application decisions
• Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of data systems
• Analyze data trends, patterns, and insights to improve user experience
• Partner with DBA and systems infrastructure teams to maintain high-performance data infrastructure

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex data system lifecycles
• Strong experience in promoting data literacy and working with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to translate business strategy into specific technical priorities and action plans
• Demonstrated skill in analyzing data to drive strategic decisions and resolve problems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and inspire commitment
• Experience working in a collaborative, global environment
