Lead Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the data analytics activity by gathering needs from Game, UA, and Monetization teams
• Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize data flows and ensure data quality
• Automate key dashboards and reports to ensure data reliability
• Manage and mentor team members to support their professional growth
• Promote a strong data-driven culture and train operating teams on data tools

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst in the video game industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to top management

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud experience, ideally with Azure
• Experience in Machine Learning
• Experience in Big Data
• Openness to new approaches and sharing ideas
