Lead Data Analyst - Profiling & Cleansing

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for the Data profiling and cleansing execution workstream.
• Ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders on program milestones and deliverables.
• Develop a cleansing roadmap with clear milestones across functional data teams and business units.
• Track and report progress on profiling and cleansing activities across the enterprise.
• Plan and coordinate requirements gathering for profiling and cleansing activities.
• Support workstream readiness and coordinate with testing, cutover, and deployment workstreams.
• Manage risks and issues resolution and conduct cross-functional retrospectives.
• Conduct training and onboarding for new business units and team members.

Requirements

• 12-18 years of experience in SAP Project Management.
• Proven experience with ERP data transformations, including master data standardization, conversion, migration, or cutover.
• Experience with JDE or SAP (ECC or S/4) data models.
• Strong senior project management skills with a focus on milestone-driven delivery.
• Demonstrated experience engaging and managing business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific technical knowledge of JDE and S/4.
• Experience with process automation technologies such as RPA, AI, or advanced dashboarding.
