Lead Data Analyst - Pricing

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and propose strategic pricing and cost problems to drive profitability and growth for Wise Platform
• Lead deep-dive investigations into complex cost data to improve upstream data quality and revenue/cost allocation methodologies
• Explain underlying product economics and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand economic drivers
• Monitor and review the financial performance of Wise Platform, providing actionable insights on profitability drivers
• Influence and improve the pricing model by applying detailed knowledge of costs to appropriate pricing strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across analytics, engineering, and business teams
• Extensive expertise in SQL for building and maintaining complex data sources
• Experience with dbt and robust data modelling to create scalable, maintainable data assets
• Proficiency in using visualization tools to surface critical business insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on B2B pricing models
• Background in Fintech or Financial Services
• Experience using Lightdash or Superset
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including Python and statistical modelling
