About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks to drive strategic decisions
  • Lead the setting of KPIs for the CRM channel to ensure effective team prioritisation and opportunity sizing
  • Design and execute in-depth analyses to evaluate campaign performance, customer segmentation, and engagement patterns
  • Drive the ideation and execution of advanced testing methodologies, including A/B testing and incrementality
  • Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools to monitor lifecycle performance
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering and Product teams to define data infrastructure requirements and ensure data integrity
  • Build and optimise customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and personalisation strategies

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience in marketing analytics, specifically within CRM or lifecycle marketing domains
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data manipulation in modern data warehouses like Snowflake
  • Experience with data modeling using dbt and various data visualisation tools
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R for data analysis
  • Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with various customer segmentation techniques and personalisation frameworks at scale
