About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks to drive strategic decisions
- Lead the setting of KPIs for the CRM channel to ensure effective team prioritisation and opportunity sizing
- Design and execute in-depth analyses to evaluate campaign performance, customer segmentation, and engagement patterns
- Drive the ideation and execution of advanced testing methodologies, including A/B testing and incrementality
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools to monitor lifecycle performance
- Partner with Analytics Engineering and Product teams to define data infrastructure requirements and ensure data integrity
- Build and optimise customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and personalisation strategies
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in marketing analytics, specifically within CRM or lifecycle marketing domains
- Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data manipulation in modern data warehouses like Snowflake
- Experience with data modeling using dbt and various data visualisation tools
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R for data analysis
- Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
- Familiarity with various customer segmentation techniques and personalisation frameworks at scale
