About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end account strategy for a major enterprise customer
  • Serve as the main customer-facing point of contact, managing executive and leadership relationships
  • Lead large, multi-workstream customer programs across simulation, validation, and autonomy workstreams
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and sales teams to prioritize customer needs
  • Navigate ambiguity and complex customer situations, including incident response and high-stakes escalations
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior customer stakeholders
  • Continuously engage customers to identify pain points and evaluate project timings

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with external enterprise customers to integrate complex systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream programs and coordinate cross-functional teams under ambiguity
  • Excellent executive-level and technical communication skills with a focus on solving customer problems
  • Strong grounding in large-scale software development and baseline knowledge of software systems
  • Professional fluency in Korean and English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with urgency, ownership, and effective execution under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain background in sensors, ADAS/AD, automotive, or a closely related field
  • Experience directly managing or leading teams of engineers in a formal leadership capacity
  • Experience with commercially available tools such as JIRA
  • Proven track record of leading complex programs involving 15+ software and hardware engineers
