About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end account strategy for major enterprise customers in the Korean market.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact, managing executive and leadership relationships.
  • Lead large, multi-workstream customer programs, coordinating delivery across simulation, validation, and autonomy workstreams.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are prioritized and met.
  • Navigate complex customer situations, including incident response and high-stakes escalations, with composure.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with external enterprise customers to integrate complex systems and drive problem resolution.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-workstream programs and coordinate cross-functional teams under ambiguity.
  • Strong grounding in large-scale software development and software systems.
  • Professional fluency in both Korean and English.
  • Excellent technical and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong domain background in sensors, ADAS/AD, automotive, or closely related fields.
  • Experience directly managing or leading teams of engineers in a formal leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading complex programs involving 15+ software and hardware engineers.
  • Proficiency with commercially available tools such as JIRA.
