Lead Customer Deal Desk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and process complex contract documentation using standard templates and approved options.
• Draft non-standard contracts or agreements to address specific variations requested by Sales.
• Ensure all prepared documents comply with Oracle guidelines, pricing, licensing, and revenue recognition principles.
• Project manage deals by collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams.
• Advise Sales teams on necessary approvals for non-standard or complex transactions.
• Act as a primary contact for the contracting process to ensure stakeholder expectations and deliverables are met.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Finance, or an equivalent certificate.
• 2-10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in contracts management and drafting.
• Proven experience in drafting contractual documents.
• Fluency in Korean (required) and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Legal certification is considered an added advantage.
• Experience with Oracle application software.
