Lead Customer Deal Desk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and process complex or non-standard contract documentation using approved templates and options.
• Ensure all prepared documents comply with Oracle guidelines, including pricing, licensing, and revenue recognition principles.
• Project manage deals by collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams to mitigate corporate risk.
• Advise Sales teams on necessary approvals for non-standard or complex transactions.
• Act as a primary contact for the contracting process, ensuring stakeholder expectations and deliverables are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract processes, systems, tools, and applications.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Finance, or an equivalent certificate (Legal certification is an advantage).
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in contracts management and drafting.
• Proven experience in drafting contractual documents.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work under time-critical deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Oracle application software.
• Ability to work independently within defined policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
