Lead Custodian

Responsibilities

• Clean building facilities including locker rooms, restrooms, offices, fitness studios, classrooms, and common areas
• Maintain buildings and grounds in a safe and clean order through regular custodial tasks
• Perform duties such as replenishing bathroom stock, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Monitor building safety and security to ensure a safe environment for members and staff
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving minor day-to-day custodial issues
• Support additional custodial staff and assist with branch operations and ongoing events
• Proactively manage tasks to ensure the facility is ready for normal business hours

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions regarding cleaning agent chemicals
• Availability for flexible shifts, including occasional evenings and weekend coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in custodial operations
