Lead CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategy development, testing new mechanics, and mentoring team members.
• Define, implement, and continuously optimize CRM strategy across all communication channels including Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, and onsite messaging.
• Own the customer lifecycle, ensuring effective onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, design, product, and analytics to ensure data-driven campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key CRM metrics including CLV, retention, conversion, and churn.
• Ensure all activities comply with data privacy regulations and responsible gaming practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM experience specifically within the iGaming or Betting industry.
• 1+ years of experience in a CRM Lead position within the iGaming sector.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end CRM campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills, including expertise in segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
