Lead Credit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive credit risk assessments of clients through continuous desk reviews and on-field monitoring.
• Monitor allocated portfolio clients closely to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.
• Engage with clients' senior management and present credit profiles to internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Conduct sector research to understand client operating environments and present findings via research reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of credit assessment experience in structured credit, lending, or credit monitoring within Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Debt funds, or Credit rating agencies.
• Experience in due diligence or transaction advisory teams of Big 4 firms is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis, data interpretation, and numerical problem-solving.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel pan-India for on-field client monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
