Lead Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Write and develop campaign and brand plans, including brand voice, messaging, style, and content architecture
• Conduct creative discovery through research of UK market campaigns, social trends, and user behavior
• Develop strategic campaign concepts that turn insights into actionable blueprints for digital content
• Translate concepts into executable digital assets, taking ownership of production workflows for high-volume video ads and short-form scripts
• Partner with internal teams to analyze performance data (CTR, conversion rates, CPA) and iterate creative assets
• Ensure all content maintains alignment with BJAK’s new UK brand voice

Requirements

• 4–6 years in a hands-on creative strategy role focused on performance creative or digital content
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating ability to translate strategic insights into high-performing digital video
• Expertise in digital content production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, and editing
• Proven ability to use campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to critique and scale creative concepts
• Proficiency with design tools and video production/editing software
• Strong project management skills
