Lead Creative Marketing Manager

About the Company

HabitOne is a Ukrainian foodtech startup creating a functional nutrition ecosystem. As part of SKELAR, a venture builder, HabitOne scales products like functional drinks and snacks to global markets, aiming to launch multiple brands and expand into Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Create advertising creatives and analyze their performance to attract new users
• Monitor and analyze the market to generate data-driven creative hypotheses
• Generate ideas to improve products and marketing funnels
• Evaluate test results at the individual creative element level
• Initiate new tests and propose ideas for scaling successful concepts
• Participate actively in brainstorms and internal creative sessions

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in creative or performance marketing
• Ability to generate high-quality new ideas and hypotheses
• Proactive approach and ownership of tasks
• Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to analyze large datasets
• Understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC)
• Strong creative and critical thinking skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
