About the role
About the Company
Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Backed by Voodoo, the BeReal team is focused on scaling the app into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy
- Lead up to 2/3 people including recruiting, coaching, and increasing talent density
- Analyze team performance, define action plans, and hit KPIs
- Discover new creative concepts and share best practices with other creative teams
- Lead key projects to test new tools and improve processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to work in an environment valuing candor, freedom, and responsibility
