Lead Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee residential repair and remodeling projects
• Mentor and support fellow craftsmen on the job
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges efficiently
• Complete a variety of handyman services including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, electrical, and flooring
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are completed safely and with exceptional craftsmanship

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Master Craftsman or Lead Craftsman
• Strong knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, and flooring
• Must own a truck or van
• Must own professional tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
