Lead Countertop Installer

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew and interact with customers during installations
• Install solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops to customer specifications
• Ensure safe, efficient, and precise product installation
• Communicate effectively with customers and resolve problems
• Obtain proper customer sign-off for completed work
• Train and teach new installers

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• At least three years of countertop installation experience
• Chauffeur’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy granite and quartz materials
• Ability to operate fabrication shop tools and installation truck equipment
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure

Preferred Qualifications

• AutoCAD experience
• Templating experience
