Lead Countertop Installer

Responsibilities

• Function as a crew lead for countertop installations
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve problems
• Read orders and install solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops to specifications
• Facilitate safe, efficient, and precise product installation
• Obtain proper customer sign-off for completed work
• Lead by example by teaching and training new installers

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• At least three years of countertop installation experience
• Chauffeur’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy granite and quartz materials
• Ability to read a tape measure and operate fabrication tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• AutoCAD experience
• Templating experience
