Lead, Costing/Sourcing Apparel Local Creation EMEA

Responsibilities

• Lead the Near Shore sourcing and costing strategy across EMEA Local Creation to enable faster product creation.
• Define and drive sourcing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and Finance.
• Manage product margins by optimizing sourcing decisions and aligning with business priorities.
• Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, utilization, and lead times to support responsive execution.
• Drive improvements in operating models, tools, and processes to enable scalable solutions.
• Represent sourcing and costing in business reviews, supplier engagements, and strategic forums.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in sourcing, costing, supply chain, or product creation, ideally within apparel and near-shore operations.
• Strong understanding of supplier capabilities, sourcing strategies, and lead-time management.
• Proven ability to balance speed, cost, and quality while driving practical, business-focused solutions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders and partners.
• Demonstrated success leading projects, improving processes, and driving results.
