Lead, Corporate Controlling

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to assigned departments, supporting operational and strategic decision-making
• Build strong relationships with Scout Management Board executives and leadership teams
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts
• Own financial close activities for assigned cost centers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to CFO and Finance leadership
• Support and monitor financial transactions to ensure alignment with budgets and company policies
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment preferred
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
• Desired experience with AI automation initiatives
