Lead Control Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of control system projects including design, configuration, installation, programming, and commissioning
• Support operation and maintenance of control systems for gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators
• Troubleshoot and implement upgrades to control hardware, software, and HMI systems
• Act as a technical advisor to customers providing hands-on and remote support
• Champion digital innovation and the deployment of TOMONI solutions
• Support sales activities by contributing to technical proposals and RFQs

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Systems Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in industrial control systems
• Proficiency in PLC/DCS programming languages (Ladder, Function Block, Pseudo Code, SFC)
• Familiarity with GE Mark VIe, Siemens S7, or Allen-Bradley RSLogix
• Experience with HMI platforms such as InTouch, iFix, or CIMPLICITY
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP), and IT/OT networking
• Knowledge of turbine and generator operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mitsubishi (Netmation, MELCO) and Hitachi (HIACS) control systems
• Familiarity with safety standards and industry regulations
