Lead Contract Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review contract terms, variations, claims, and compliance under FIDIC frameworks
• Partner with project management teams on contract administration matters across the project lifecycle
• Interface with clients on contractual issues and related commercial discussions

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in contract engineering or contract administration
• 5+ years of experience working in the Middle East
• Strong background in contract administration with project management exposure
• Proven experience administering contracts under FIDIC frameworks
• Experience interfacing with clients on contract-related matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering contracts in the SAR 5 billion+ range
• Previous experience working specifically in Saudi Arabia
