Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and lead initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity using proven process improvement methodologies.
• Assess current processes to uncover inefficiencies and drive operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and ensure sustainable improvements.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage project risks by developing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collect and analyze performance data and KPIs to track progress and support informed decision-making.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to secure leadership buy-in for new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Eight (8) years of related experience.
• At least four (4) years of experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or Lean certification.
• Experience with process improvement tools like Mural/Muri, Visio, ARIS, or BPMN.
• Proficiency in process modeling and ARIS for design and analysis.
• Experience with ADKAR change management methodology.
