Lead, Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Own site continuous improvement (CI) systems and performance tools, such as OEE, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze plant performance data to identify trends, losses, and actionable improvement opportunities.
• Provide structured troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support to Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, structured workshops, and CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop dashboards and visual reporting tools using Minitab, Excel, and Power BI to support leadership decision-making.
• Train and coach cross-functional teams on CI tools, methodologies, and standardized operational procedures.
• Support the development of the site CI roadmap and master plan.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in data analysis, trend analysis, and performance improvement.
• Advanced proficiency with Minitab, Excel, and Power BI or similar analytical tools.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead through coaching and technical expertise.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Green Belt with strong experience will be considered).
